I mean, who doesn't? It's just everytime i talk to someone i don't rly know, i get nervous. I start to spout nonsense and embarass myself. Or i have no idea what to say and the situation gets awkward really fast.

Long time no see. Sometimes i wonder why do people still visit this space. Then i feel guilty cuz i don't update as often as i used to. Cuz i know what it feels like to visit a blog and get no updates and it makes me wanna hit that person. Please don't hit me though. I'm back for those few who still come here yo! Nothing much to blog though. Just random pictures from random events here and there?

Ah one day after school on a Friday some people from our class went for seoul garden buffet! We went to MengYue's house first cuz the buffet started at 4 i think. So we went there and i was flabbergasted! He lived on the 23rd floor (if i didn't remember wrongly) and there was this floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the sea, it was so beautiful haha. Oh so how this picture of Wan Ting below come about? As you all know Wan Ting always doesn't allow us to take pictures. So us girls took over the master bedroom (we had fun rolling on the huge bed and turning on the air-con and switching on the tv) while the guys were playing fifa world cup on the ps3 outside. Then i was like, "Hey WanTing let's take a photo!" Then i snapped a picture before she could turn away. HA! WIN :D

This is a mirror in the living room haha. Behind you can see the bright bright window right. That's the floor-to-ceiling window. I know the lighting make the house look very er xin but really it was damn chio!

So afterwards we went for the buffet and i very useless, already full after one plate :(

Hmm some random events coming up:
1. TJC's dance concert with BoonTao (BoonTao treat me omg although it's only cuz he didn't want to go alone la. But cheapo me of course jump at the chance! Hello kinda high-class concert at UCC leh!)
2. Avenger's with family on Monday! So excited after hearing about all the awesome reviews!
3. Possible class chalet?? :D Really hope there is one cuz i wanna stay over + go Wild Wild Wet!!

Wtf i realise my life is really boring lol.

Some things i'm gonna do after MYE ends (ie. next Thurs)
1. Start going jogging 3 times a week 20-30mins each.
2. Try going to the gym with ShuYing (this one i a bit scared cuz i have no idea what to do there??)
3. Eat more veggies!!!!
4. Stop scolding vulgarities.
5. Start making notes for content subjects (SS, Geog etc.)

Ok la idk if i can do all these, but i have more than one month to make the change till school reopens after the June hols yo! Must make it count!

It's all overrrrrrrr. posted at 3:45 PM

After months of hard work, our performance was finally put up at NAFA yesterday. I was really really happy after the curtains closed, every one was so happy we were jumping and screaming behind the curtains haha. It was my first and last performance in chung cheng (SYF doesn't count cuz it's a competition) so I'm really really grateful to Mr Dan for giving all of us the opportunity to take part! And i guess i don't really have any regrets, i feel like i have done my best lol.

So this is the part where i get sentimental and shit.

All i can say is i'm really really gonna miss going for CCA, i wish we didn't have to step down so soon. I used to hate going for dance in lower sec because i really really sucked at dance. At that time i was fat, had really poor stamina, and had (and still have) really bad memory so i couldn't remember steps properly. Every lesson i would feel so discouraged and tired and i just wanted the torture to end (a little exaggeration over here) and by the end of the lesson my entire ponytail would be soaked in sweat HAHA.

Then gradually, i realised i no longer got out of breath not even halfway through the lesson, no longer perspired like a pig (unless we're practising somewhere without aircon, then that's another story), and started remembering all the dance steps. And i started looking forward to every time we have CCA, even more so when we switched instructors to Mr Dan. Then i started to sweat during dance lessons again cuz his lessons are so much more exhausting HAHA but it is a really fun kind of exertion :)

So i know i'm not the best dancer in the club, not even among the best, meh i'm at a lower standard than many of the juniors, but i know that i've come a long way from what i was in Sec 1. I know i have definitely grown physically, mentally and emotionally and i have to thank everyone in dance club, the teachers in charge and both of the instructors (dls and mr dan) for that.

So yeah, i just want to tell the juniors (who am i kidding, no one reads this space anyway.) especially those who feel like you don't matter in the dance club, you do matter. Okay? Don't give up. I promise one day it will all get better, and you may not be the best, but you will know you have done your best :)

OCBC Cycle 2012 posted at 11:35 AM

Hi!!! So last Friday & Saturday JiaYu and I went to do CIP at OCBC cycle! We got to miss lessons after reccess hehe. Went to lunch at Old Airport Road first found this yummy chicken rice stall $2.50 only and they give you a large portion! Then we ended up miscalculating our time and had to rush over like chickens to the F1 Pit building LOL. Imagine what would you think if you suddenly see 2 breathless schoolgirls sweating like mad walking in wearing their school uniform. First impression ruined lor! LOL funny sia. Then we were given our orange shirts to change. Me & JiaYu both got M size it was just nice for me but too long for JiaYu cuz she's short HAHAHA.

So anyway, i was a worried & nervous at first cuz i'm not very sociable. REALLY. I don't dare to talk to people idk, i'm too worried that they'll not like me or something. So thank goodness JiaYu was there or else i would have had a reeeeeaaaaaaaaally boring 9 hours there!

It was a really fun experience cuz the people there were all very warm and hospitable and fun :') The first day there we were counter crew at the Cycle Pack Collection where our role was to register the participants and give them their Bibs, T-shirts and Goodie bags. At first i was really nervous and tense cuz the whole proccess wasn't very effective and i was afraid the people at my counter would get impatient lol. But overall it wasn't hectic at all i think i got less than 20 people? But that's because mine is the queue for OCBC staff. Plus usually they registered for more than one people so it's not like i didn't do anything either. But honestly it was a really slack job. Most of the time we were standing there talking with the people beside us!

There was Daniel, Jet, YangSheng, Ming Tat (our group leader) and Wei Quan (another group leader who was really cute and whom JiaYu wanted to coughtakecoughpicturescoughwith). And then they kept calling us 小妹妹 cuz they were all mostly in uni already or post-NS and waiting for uni. But it's okay, our mature mindset could keep up with them. :D Or maybe not really. Daniel told us about his plan to adopt children from Africa or other less developed countries and i asked him, why not have your own children? And he said he would definitely adopt even if he has his own children, cuz there are already so many children world wide dying of starvation or other heart breaking reasons and here we are giving birth to more children. When he said that, i was really impressed and felt kinda guilty cuz i never thought of it that way...

Mature discussions aside, we had a lot of fun joking around :D I really think it's nicer to talk to guys cuz they don't really think a lot about how stuff comes out of their mouths. In a good way i mean. With girls we like to think things through before saying it in case we offend somebody or something but with guys, they just say it out, thing like "huh 还有人要你啊?" (just a random example) and they don't really mean it lor it's just all joking in the name of fun. So then i will feel like i can tease them back and it all doesn't really matter they won't get hurt about it. I think. But of course i'm talking more about people whom you just met. See i have no problem calling JiaYu short HAHA. Although there are some jerks who do mean all the mean things they say. ChungCheng has a lot of these people -.-

The next day started of a little depressingly. Firstly, we were late. Secondly, both Daniel and Jet would not be present, Jet cuz he was covering for his friend for the first day and Daniel because he had rock-climbing training. Thirdly, WE WERE KICKED OUT OF COUNTER CREW BLOODY HELL MOTHERFUCKER. Of course, when our leader told us (2nd day leader was Isabel not MingTat) we were smiling and like okay, sure :). But inside i was so sad :'( So we and another pair of girls were brought down to see our new roles. We could choose whether to sit at the entrance of the place where all the sports people sold stuff and ask people to do surveys, or we could sit at the end of that place and people would come to collect their online purchases. When i heard about the survey thingy i was like holy shit that sounds horrible boring please don't make me do that :( So when the guy asked which one we wanted to do, me & JiaYu were so relieved when they wanted to do the survey which means we got to do the online purchases!

So we loitered around feeling very bored until 3.30 where we would take over the shift 1 people. Overall it was an extremely easy job to do as compared to being counter crew. For one, we could sit down and stare into sace and not worry about not being able to see people cuz they would come directly in front of us. For 2, all we had to do was to ask people to sign and give them their stuff. For 3, we did not have to run around like in Cycle Pack Collection! For 4, me & JiaYu had fun fooling around man. We even finished choreographing our sexy chair dance (inside joke ;D).

I realised JiaYu & I never really run out of things to talk about! I guess we really click? HAHA i think i laughed the most this year those 2 days i spent with her :') HI JIAYU I HOPE YOU'RE READING THIS!

Oh there was this guy from OCBC Securities (they had a booth opposite us) kept coming over to talk to us. Yeah he was a really... bland person LOL. He though we were working you know! He asked us what company we were from and seemed quite shocked/surprised when we told him we were only in Secondary School! So anyway JiaYu thought he was very weird and like after the first conversation with him she would find some excuse to hide behind the wall to avoid talking to him HAHA. Then leave me over there talking awkwardly with him Then when the guy left i think he wanted to say goodbye but when JiaYu saw him heading over she suddenly bent down and pretented to take her water and drink while remaining under the table. RUDE MUCH JIAYU HAHA but it was priceless the guy didn't there to come near us afterwards!

Anyway there was this group of girls beside us selling jerseys and shirts and all kinds of sports apparels too and they were also Sec 4 so we were no longer 小妹妹s!

That green colour guy was our new leader and the other orange shirts are the Sec4s from AMK sec and the ones in blue are from Spectrum, the organiser of the event!

We packed up early so we had a lot of time waiting for them to fold all the shirts and stuff so WE CAMWHORED! CHEER!! Lol. (Some pictures are from the morning)
